Terms & Conditions for jeetbauz

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jeetbauz ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of jeetbauz's services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing arcade games, and the Finance / Wallet functions.

By completing the registration process and checking the acceptance box on the jeetbauz Login page, you enter into a binding legal agreement with jeetbauz on the basis of these Terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment of account registration and continues until the account is closed by either party in accordance with the procedures described in these Terms.

jeetbauz reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point during your use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and potentially the closure of the account.

Players who are found to have provided false eligibility information at registration — including misrepresenting their age, identity, or payment method ownership — will have their accounts closed immediately. Any balance remaining in such accounts, including winnings generated during the period of ineligible use, will be forfeited in full.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jeetbauz. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

Account Security

Withdrawal Conditions

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier, e.g., "30x wagering on bonus amount".

Disconnection Policy

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jeetbauz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jeetbauz's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
